The Japan Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) Visa is a work visa introduced by the Government of Japan to address labor shortages in key industries. This visa allows foreign workers with specific skills and basic Japanese language ability to work legally in sectors such as caregiving, construction, agriculture, food service, manufacturing, and more.
